This is an emotional issue for many who've been following it since the start. When someone comes on the threads posting from a leftist slant, attacks can happen.

Just because someone disagrees wit hyou doesn't mean that they are leftists. In fact, I thought conservatives believed in personal responsibility and leftists wanted to always lay blame onto others.

The same people defend the closed, unaccountable left leaning aruban govt., or the lying obstructing brothers, yada yada yada.

Would you like us to invade and overturn their system because you don't like their legal system? Is it ok for other nations/kingdoms to invade the US for that reason as well? We may not like their system, but it is their system and we have to deal with it. People are warned about knowing the laws of other countries when you prepare to enter them.

Defending leftists tactics is a lefty thing to do. Attacking victims is a lefty thing to do. Period. Conservatives don't do either.

We have no problem with the Aruban legal system. Indeed I have been in more countries than you likely can name, and I adapt to the systems of the various countries almost immediately. However, we do have a problem with a system that protects its people and tramples the rights of outsiders. We have homes in both Kansas City and Volgograd (Stalingrad), Russia. I have seen more injustice in the treatment of the Holloways by the Arubans than I ever saw in Russia. Not all of the Arubans, but the law enforcement there could care less about the tourists.
