I suspect that Croes may have been called by someone in the States regarding a call received pertaining to this case seeking info on the number displayed on caller ID in the States, and that upon seeing that the originating number was one for a cellphone issued by Croes in Aruba......because of that, Croes had access to the existing voicemail in that account at that time. Croes could not have access to ALL cell accounts passing through the single tower in Aruba, just the ones for the phones his company issued.
