Nita, there were apparently witnesses who heard him say that, or perhaps that security guard was told by Deepak that Paulus said that (the "no body, no crime" quote). So then on camera Paulus explained that he said it PURELY as LEGAL ADVICE. No one said he was a genius. He might have accidentally sweated most of his frontal lobe out.
