Terri Schiavo's husband buried her cremated remains in a Clearwater cemetery Monday, inscribing on her bronze grave marker that ``I kept my promise.''
David Gibbs, an attorney for the woman's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, said inscribing the marker that way was a nasty political statement by Michael Schiavo, who held the service and burial Monday before telling her family.
``Obviously, that's a real shot and another unkind act toward a grieving mom and dad,'' Gibbs said.
After earlier announcing plans to bury his wife's ashes in their native Pennsylvania, Michael Schiavo instead interred them at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater, near Tampa, his attorney, George Felos, said in a short news release Monday.

Actually, "fetus" is latin for "offspring". Too bad there aren't more people who had heard that. It would defeat the purpose of using the word. ;)

Dr. Stephen Nelson, Neuropathologist, in a report contained within the autopsy report: "The persistent vegetative state and minimally conscious state are clinical diagnoses, not pathologic ones. ...""Neurophysiologic examination alone of the decedent's brain - or any brain for that matter - cannot prove or disprove a diagnosis of persistent vegetative state or minimally conscious state".
Neither you nor I have any control on what's on that tombstone.

If you had a shred of honor and decency you would retract your vile comments.

If you're a part of a posse that attempts to interrupt freedom of speech between posters that share a common passion, then incriminate yourself. Personally, I think forums should be able to be run without such attacks.

Hah! It's been addressed extensively but you are too comfortable with your party line. Here it is again, try to retain it this time.
Living without hope of some recovery was not evident until after the malpractice lawsuit. Therefore there was no reason to mention Terri's wishes on not wanting to live like a vegetable. Yeah, I said vegetable live with it. He didn't "just remember" her wishes, it wasn't time to invoke her wishes until all hope was lost for a life she wanted to live.
Check yours, too. :-)
As I said, according to scripture, not everyone is a child of God. If you choose to believe other than what scripture teaches, that is up to you.
Maybe her supporters can make a video and have exhume. So she can tell us all about it.
