What are your opinions on the subject?
If you don't have to lie to your spouse about what you are doing, then it's not cheating.
Whenever you feel guilt, or know your hidden actions will cause your partner pain - - you'd better examine your relationship and your commitment. I think the issue is about deception, lying, cheating....not necessarily just about sex.
