No. This is the man who also predicted a Argentine would replace JPII. I would not expect anything from Zenit until next year. I imagine that announcement would be for the following 2007 Liturgical Year.

The 'promotions" and "reassignments" have just begun. This is no stupid man, he knows that he needs to be able to promulgate and enforce reform before starting the actual reform. This expert is stating the very very obvious, but is wishfully thinking as to the nature of the reforms.
