How honest and evidence this was not, as some absurdly claim, a white wash.
He stated that if any credible evidence is presented that would warrant revisiting the case they would re-open it.
If it were a white wash, what could have been easier than subscribing to the bulimia theory, declaring that was the cause, and calling it case closed? Especially in light of the existing civil suit. Instead he called the civil suit findings suspect.
And you believe that?
We have the testimony of nurses; we have the testimony of doctors; we know the cause of death -- dehydration due to hte state-ordered denial of any feeding of any kind.
So since we know that, how can the cause be undetermined?
