Wait a second. Is LITIGATION exactly what you wanted? Because it is the husband or immediate family who normaly decides what happens in a situation like this.
You wanted judges to litagate and override the law, right? Or is it that you DON'T wnt that? So you agree that Michael had the right to make the feeding tube descision? Oh, no, but you wanted litigation to override his decision?
