re: cause of death -- relatively nonspecific cause -- "anoxic brain injury / encephalopathy" that's as far down as I can go to get to an underlying cause.

she was a very likeable, clean living, no drugs ... every one loved her and spoke highly of her.
a -- "prob the K was caused by bulimia" -- not true. and she would eat a large omelet. she did not seem to have a distorted body image. she did not fit profile.
