Well, it is not a matter of being man enough. You see in order to prosecute an individual under Federal law you first need to have standing with the Justice Department as a prosecuting attorney.

The only authority I have in this matter would be an ability to make a complaint of some sort.

Short term, long term, I'm sure it was the combination of everything ingested during the '70's and early '80's. Not one thing can take the entire blame. I did finally remember the last time I smoked though. It was a toss up between some party in Naples, FL and a trip to Jamaica. Both were rather memorable. ;D!
