I think you are on to something! A fee-based blog where you pay a cent or two for the bandwidth that yields one point for an insult and two points for a fact. If you can do it one sentence under 30 words, it's a three-pointer. If you gather more points scored than the fee you pay you pocket the cash or apply the balance to the next insult or fact.
