Just like you don't believe the things you read, I look at the source and I don't believe the facts as their stating it. I don't believe this man talks or anything else like it. There is no way a wife would order the feeding tube removed from a spouse who can communicate. Not only wouldn't it happen, the laws wouldn't allow it to happen. I'm going to do my own research on this, because it doesn't pass the smell test.
If you find out the story is true would you then considerer it MURDER?
Isn't it odd that two years after they are married, she becomes eligible for a green card (she was here illegally) and he becomes mysteriously and violently ill? And here's another question. How does someone fall straight back from a standing position, allegedly hit the BACK of the head, and have multiple hairline fractures radiating from the left temple to the occipital (bottom) part of the skull? AND suffer severe subdural bleeding, with the brain knocked so hard to the right side that he had to have a temporal lobectomy because the damage was so severe. But wait, that's right- he just fell back. Oh, and another thing, she changed her story a few times, depending on whom she was speaking with.
And, for your information, Florida Law does allow it to happen.
I say this with authority because I've been here the entire time with him and his family.
Your common sense is impressive. In fact, virtually every claim in the Thomas story is false and can easily be checked. See the case file GA-2004-75 in Green Cove Springs (Clay County Courthouse). The mother's guardianship is NOT temporary, there is no hearing schedule to remove her, and the file contains some interesting recent correspondence from the supposedly brain dead Scott. His wife has no desire (or means) to terminate his life. He can make his own decisions.
