Attempting to convert a Muslim to Christianity in Saudi Arabia is a felony.
Accessing western news web sites can be a felony in lefty places like China and Cuba.
Singapore has many sever penalties for minor crimes/mischief.
Sharia Law is practiced in one form or another all over the world.
Those are just the examples I can think of off the top of my head. Although they weren't the court's rationale of due process and legal representation.
