i would require that anyone applying for citizenship would have to know the entire U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, as well as the Declaration of Independence by HEART.

Any person applying for citizenship would have to write them out by heart AND recite them out loud by heart IN ENGLISH...EVERY WORD.

regarding those thoughts i wrote above, we would take into account certain disabilities (someone who cannot speak, etc.).

but if a person applying for citizenship has the reasonable ability to communicate by memory the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence, then they would be obligated to do so.

Although exceptions could be granted for certain unique cases, they woud be rare and case sensitive.
