What makes you think that the president, individually, can do jack squat about abortion? What even makes you think that even the Congress can do diddly before the first or second trimesters? All of President Bush's meaningful options in the first six months were foreclosed by Roe v. Wade.

That aside, your letter referring to partial-birth abortion is completely irrelevant now, anyway - here's a photo of Bush signging the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003:

And just for good measure, here's a picture of him signing the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act, to outlaw Roman-style infanticide of victims of botched abortions:

I found both of these pictures in articles which turned up with simple Google searches.

If Roe v. Wade. could be enacted it can also be removed by Congress and the Senate. I don't hear the President saying he thinks it should be done, do you?
