Sovereignty exists in the right of the people to change any of those laws at any time. The ultimate sovereignty is the right of the people to withdraw their legislators and secede from the government that they themselves created.

But if the people decline to change the laws that you disagree with, those laws are still binding on you. So regardless of what you want, nullification still is illegal. As is unilateral secession.
