The REAL title of the linked article (from a socialist website) was:
"More U.S. Births, A Bit Less Stress On Social Security”
The Global Action On Aging. org website is an extremely liberal/socialist site, with an office at the U.N.

If you want to ignore the demographic realities, do so.
The birth rate is the birth rate. It is not subject to political spinning.
You can easily find the projections of what percent of the total population will be hispanic in 10, 20 or 50 years. But if you want to, you can ignore it.
