The Republican Party used to be the party of Lincoln. The way Tancredo and his ilk go on about the U.S.A./Mexico Border almost makes me ill.
The problem of illegals in this country is not limited to migrant workers from Mexico...or even the killers and drug dealers from Mexico there are thousands of Chinese, Russian, Indian, Pakistani, Korean, Vietnamese and Irish illegals and practically every damn student visa jerk from the UK and Africa is going to cheat and become an illegal...

Secondly, what "race" would we be "racist" against if we were to engage in a "racist" campaign against Mexico. What "race" is represented by Mexico, exactly?
Let see, most in Mexico are of Spanish descent. What "race" are the Spanish? Oh, they're European. Hmmm...Spanish is an ethnicity like Italian or French - not a race. Mexican? No, that's a nationality, not a race. Indian? Let's explore that a bit. Many in Mexico are a mix of Spanish and Indian and, you know what, the wealthy elite hate the Indians and anyone of their descent. If anything, the wealthy elite of Mexico are the racists, not the people who want to uphold the laws and secure our borders in a post 9/11 world during a time of war against terrorism. So, your charges of racism are ridiculous at best.
And, to put it bluntly, are you calling ME a racist?
Anti-Mexican racism is playing a huge part in the miserable failing attempt that some groups like MMP and others are trying to stir against illegal immigration from Mexico. Soon enough they will find out that they are less significant than a fart in a storm.
On the other hand are you really a member of the ACLU? If so how can you belong to this most anti-Christian organization in the country? The ACLU is a very destructive organization and it can do thousands of time more harm than the MMP because they have a vast power of influence in the out of control judicial branch.
