As I recall, Nethercott got out of it, but some did go to jail. The ranch owner was sued and settled.
Nethercott got out of it because of a jury of 12 who decided that he was INNOCENT. Yes, he was jailed because the illegal alien LIED.
If you recall, as you stated you did, why then do you find it necessary to get on these threads and LIE?

I wrote to Spiff who misrepresented my statements to call me a liar so that he could object to my namecalling...which he created:

I told him I was pleased he had never called me such which was why I respected his reports. He has now called me a liar so many times I won't count, and won't bother to read his crap anymore...and a bitch session isn't an obscenity.
