That was my point. Maybe you stated your feelings on the matter previously, but I hadnt seen them. I dont disagree, that if those are the facts, than that is sad indeed.

But the fact remains beyond that, that a family squabble affects only those involved. The raw judicial abuses in this case will in the end, affect us all.
