The courts have ruled on all the open questions years ago, accepting expert testimony and making their decisions.

That is all very well and good if you can accept 2 things.

One, that the state of Medical Arts has not advanced in 10 years.

Two, that it's ok for a couple of Judges to thumb their nose at the US Congress.

It has, but the CT scan from years back is still good today (as you'll see by the autopsy). The MRI and PET scans weren't needed because the CT scan showed the massive brain damage. The MRI couldn't have been done anyway, due to the presence of the brain implant. Horrible evil Michael Schiavo took Terri to California to have the implant installed back when he thought there was still hope that therapy would help her. It didn't. And no other medical advance in the last 10 years would have helped her either.

They didn't.
