Whether she was responsible or not is neither here nor there. Basically, I didn't think they had a right to any kind of settlement at all. I can't see how suing for someone who had brain damage as a result of cardiac arrest would be a doctor's fault whatever caused the cardiac arrest.

As to her being bulemic, nobody knows that. If she was undergoing fertility treatments, she could well have been having a reaction to that. That may also be the reason for the fractures in her bones. Any time you fool around with hormones, all kinds of things happen.

Quite frankly, I'm tired of people trying to make villians out of the various sides in this.

Do I think MS is evil? No, I think he's a controller and this is a question of control. Do I think the Shinders are after money? No, I think they are doing everything possible to keep their daughter alive.

Do I think Terri should have the tube pulled? No, I think having a PET scan right before any decision was made would have made all the difference in the world.

I think both sides on this matter have gotten so tied up in being right that they have become downright mean.

NOBODY knows what's right here. And pulling out all the "facts" in the world is rediculous because the simple fact is, the FACTS have been sealed by the court.

Some podunk probate judge in backwater Florida is making life and death decisions along with a lawyer who talks to comatose people and decerns their desires for life or death.

I believe that is why they filed the malpractice suit...the bulimia and fertitily treatments didn't mix, which attributed to the cardiac arrest....I guess.

Not all of them as I've been reading the court testimonies and motions, just as anyone can......putting a stop to the lies and rumours and posting what facts are available.....don't believe I have said anymore than that regarding this matter.

Best Wishes
