I understand, but was clarifying (in light of the parsing about "the father didn't say it, the attorney said it") that the Schindlers allowed their attorney to voice a characterization on their behalf and did not correct her. That's the same as if they had said it themselves.
I don't know what was disturbing about Felos' description, frankly. After he spoke the Schindlers and/or their spokespeople then basically echoed him to a degree (with some embellishments in the other direction about how she's "alert") so evidently he had spoken the truth.
The truth is not disturbing. Misrepresentations are.
And how can anyone follow what the parents, et al, are saying?
One minute, she looks like someone from a concentration camp.
Next minute, she looks fine, alert, talking & ready to dance.
Any wonder why the courts have a hard time believing the Schindlers?
Well those are your beliefs and opinions .. which is your full right
I personally find Felos and his comments about this whole issue to be distrubing
