Terri's money is controlled by the court. Michael's money, $300,000 is all he has had access to. Period.
The Wolfson Report mentions how the money is controlled by the court; MS has NO access to it.
The WOlfson Report also mentions that MS volunteered to relinquish his financial interest in Terri's estate in the event she dies. The Schindlers declined to take him up on that offer. If they had taken him up on the offer, there would have been no motive that they could play to the media and naive.
