The traumatic bone fractures are not attributable to bulimia. In addition the CAT scan shows features consistent with a blow to the top of the head. Also there are several people who have said that Terri often had bruises, and several more who said that Michael was prone to intimidation and violent behavior, and Terri's family members say that she was on the verge of divorcing him before the incident, plus the report of the two of them having a major fight the day before. Then there are the 3 caregivers - one RN and two nursing assistants - who have claimed foul play on his part. On top of all that is Michael's consistent refusal to allow any further testing and analysis of her condition.

All of this adds up to at least the reasonable possibility of foul play, which is further reinforced by the refusal to grant a divorce, the hiring of a lawyer and doctor specializing in euthanasia, the refusal to allow her to be treated for two common infections, the refusal to allow her teeth to be brushed, refusal of physical therapy, and the hiding of medical records from her family, among other things. Plus, it explains why she wouldn't respond to him but responded to members of her family - she was afraid of him.

There is good cause to suspect him here - the Florida DCF lodged a 30+ count complaint based on that very allegation. I've viewed TrinitTX's compilation and I do not find a reasonable explanation for these various pieces of evidence.

The CAT scan did not show persistent blows to the head. I didn't even read the rest of what you posted. WHere do you get this stuff?

Credit freeper Trinity_Tx:

Women with eating disorders can lose 30% of their bone mass in a year. (Her medical chart also shows her to be undernourished and low in calcium.)

And the only broken bones she had, according to the full deposition of the radiologist was:

- a compression/hairline fracture in lumbar 1, which he said could have happened when she fell (a lot of us are walking around with those - my sister is in her 30s and has numerous ones just from daily living)

- some of her ribs and the parts of the thoracic vertebra they were connected to in the back, which is extremely common after CPR, even in people with strong bones.

That's it.

There would also have been outward signs like bruising had she been attacked, and it would no way explain such "severely" low potassium.

Even Dr. Baden, in the last few weeks, has said everything was consistent with bulimia. His earlier comments were based only on the bone scan... and he misread it at that, thinking it showed a head injury. It doesn't. (see link to greer and unedited bone scan deposition below)
Her knee x-ray showed nothing.

The Schindler attorney admitted the bone scan had been available to them and did not even try to say it was kept secret.
