She's cute as a bug, but I can't stand her either.
You're not trying hard enough. You want to be on the roster with the rest of us Nazis, don't you?
Oh boy.
I ventured into the main forum and saw the thread on it. By post #3 someone had already wondered about Terri and the Pope dying on the same day.
LOL Life has become bizarro world.
YGBSM.
I'm back, tanned rested and ready :)
Did you see her make the Krispy Kreme bread pudding? Omigosh!
Bumping THAT.
Like the new tag, BTW.
OMG. No I did not. On second thought- it's probably better that I didn't. LOL!
I'm Pro-Life.
I just don't like anarchy.
Can I still be a Nazi?
Thank you so much for that link...what a blessing your whole family was to your grandmother...and what a blessing the Hospice workers were as well...
I cared for both my mom and dad at home until they died...a hard, yet memorable experience...for those who could not care for their loved one at home, but chose to put them into a nursing home, I tried to give them the same care and love to them, as I gave to my own parents...
Oddly, my mom, who had Alzheimers, always seemed to sense when her favorite TV program, reruns of 'McGyver' were coming on...she had no clock in her room(she became afraid of clocks), she did not know who I was anymore, yet she seemed to sense when it was time for McGyver to come on, and about 15 minutes before it was to come on, she would begin to holler "McGyver, McGyver"...everyone in the family knew, it was time to get into her room pronto, and set the channel for 'McGyver'...
It therefore seemed appropriate, that when she did die, she died while a 'McGyver' rerun was on TV...mom, seemed to pick her time..
Again, thanks for that link and a very sweet, loving story, of a very loving family...
Sure! The uniforms are so stylishm what else matters?
Hmmm....I don't know...what's your opinion on the uniforms?
Dang, Chad! Don't do that again. Life just isn't worth posting when you're away.
I understand what you say...I know, Felos does creep me out somewhat as well..
LOL... sorry ;0)
Thanks very much...I do believe, that in most hospice and nursing home settings, most of the nurses and aides do give the same sort of care...we just hate it when we lose one of our residents, and yet we know the nature of the job, and what it entails...but it just does hurt us...
Again, what a sweet thing for you to say...
Considering myself a brown-wrapper Freeper in this forum, I suggest you simply take an extended break...go into "lurk" mode.
This entire Schiavo business is bullsh*t. Why people get so worked up over it is a mystery.
Our goal here was supposed to be to take the fight to the Left. Not eat our own.
I've always said religious people are the most dangerous and unstable ones on the planet...whether their god is the Sun, Moon, Allah, Jehovah or Jesus Christ.
Fact is Terri Schiavo was fortunate to have someone or something able to afford her daily care. Hundred of thousands of Americans die every never having the opportunity she had.
Look at Elian Gonzalez to put this in perspective. He's loving life in Cuba...and nobody gives him a second thought save his immediate blood family.
We went to war over him in this forum. We got over it. We'll get over this.
Black is slimming.
And I already own a pair of jack-boots and a black leather coat.
Okay. I just got called an anti-Catholic (for all kinds of personal reasons, this charge is really pretty funny), but it made me wonder - were the Nazis anti-Catholic?
