I am a liberal democrat who regularly lurks at Free Republic just to get the "other sides" point of view,hence my post name.I could not resist the urge to come on and tell the cooler heads that have the courage to speak out on this thread that you have retored my faith in our republics chance of survival.I probably disagree with most of you on most issues but respect your right to vote according to your convictions.That being said,I have a real fear of the extremists on both sides of the fence.I believe they both act on emotion and have no wish to entertain that those who disagree with them have the right to live thier own lives by thier own rules based on thier own creed.Peach,I would love to have you as a neighbor,I have a feeling we could have some interesting conversations!Nuff said..I'll leave your forum now.Peace to all.
