Why didn't the Schindlers' have HIM as their lawyer? I get the impression he's pretty sharp.
If the Schindlers had had Jay Sekulow as their lawyer, then this case might have turned out somewhat differently....Jay has also pointed out, the mistakes, that the Schindlers lawyers made, and he could not understand why the Schindlers lawyer acted as he did...so I think you are correct, its a shame that the Schindlers went with the lawyer that they did...
