Poll Results
Opinion polls, including one that Time magazine issued today, showed that most Americans opposed Congress's intervention in the Schiavo case. Three-quarters of Americans believe Congress's action was wrong and 70 percent maintain President George Bush was wrong to intervene, according to the Time poll.
The poll also showed that 69 percent said they would want a guardian to remove their feeding tube if they were in Schiavo's place. A majority, 53 percent, of those who call themselves born- again Christians or Evangelicals agree with the decision to remove Schiavo's feeding tube.
The telephone survey of 1,010 adults was conducted March 22- 24 and had an overall margin of error of 3 percentage points.

The Republican Party just had at least an arm cut off....and they're acting like it's just a flesh wound.
I hope President Bush can bring everyone together on this, but I doubt he's going to get a fair chance to do it.
The media are whipping the people up and giving them top billing...all against government intervention or....just the opposite. "Storm the Hospice"!!
