The hair cut is called a "mullet" .. it was adopted from some of the hockey players in Canada.. but is usually worn by meth druggies... now that I have said this.. let me expand on my theory... never tell a person's character by his/her looks, speech etc.. however, when looking at an event such as this.. everything should be explored.. my point: does he have meth/drug friends.. did he meet up with some one at the carnival where he is said to have "won" the purple toy? Did that person come to the window and talk Jessica out of the trailer to perhaps exchange the toy... ???? .. Does the father have other "meth-type" friends... the family situation is obviously strained - eg: the mother. I am not an expert.. do not claim to be.. it is just that in these cases.. everything needs to be explored and examined.. by the way, it may turn out that he has the "mullet" because he thinks it looks good on him... who knows? However, it is imperative that we keep Jessica in our prayers and also pray that this family finds hope and peace in the coming days.
