Funny, I am not a Christian but am a traditionalist and very conservative.

You cannot, in my opinion, be a conservative having not voted for Bush. Conservatives believe it is imperative to vote and make it count. Either you did not for for a presidential candidate at all or you wasted your vote with some kind of silly protest by voting for someone like Nader who obviously cannot win. We have a two party system, like it or lump it. You do have to choose sides.

I do not think all liberals are bad. I love Lieberman. He is one of the few who is pleasant, has convictions that do not change with the polls, and he believes in protecting his country at all levels.

Liberals think that the government is the answer to any problem. That, to me, makes any idea they have unpalatable. Conservatives believe that the answer to any problem lies with the people.

Partisanship is not going to kill this country. Excessive government will.

The only vote wasted is the vote that is not cast with conviction. I voted for Michael Badnarik, the Libertarian candidate for president. That's because I am a libertarian... NOT a Republican and I vote for the candidate who lines up ideologically with me, not because of a party affiliation.

Ted Kennedy -> Liberal who is a Democrat
Lincoln Chaffee -> Liberal who is a Republican
Zell Miller -> Democrat who is conservative
Tom DeLay -> Republican who is conservative.

Let's cut the crap with the mixing of terminology. Either you know what you're talking about or you don't. Either way, it'll be obvious.
