It also goes to show that conservatives are quite easily stereotyped by their own people.
I am a Christian, but I'm not of the Christian right. I am a conservative, but did not vote for Bush (or Kerry).
I am a conservative who thinks the Neocons are out to lunch.
I am a conservative who thinks Rep Dutch Ruppersberger (D) is not that bad.
If I had to send a shot across the bow, I'd shoot it across the liberal and the conservative bow... No one has a corner on truth. There's some good things being said by conservatives that liberals won't hear because they don't want to. Likewise, there are some good minds with good ideas over at DU but because they are labelled as "progressive" or "liberal", conservatives won't even give them the time of day. Partisanship is going to kill this country, folks.
