I guess we'll agree to disagree on this issue. I would not want any NCO that reported to me, nor that I reported to, to conduct themselves in this manner. It's a disgrace to the NCO corps and demeans the authority/respect which is required to lead - and be led.

Exactly! While their stateside counterparts are living a life of leisure in college in co-ed dorms, why the hell is it so bad that these young people act their age OFF DUTY? For crying out loud, remember what it is like to be young and give these young people a break! Take a look at how some of the people 7 and 8 years younger act on the beach during Spring Break. I think I detect some envy here.
