I can never get the wording on sayings right, although I love using them.
Today I said "Beating a Wet Horse unitll he's Dead" then thought no that doesn't sound right. What is the saying (your tagline) and what does it mean?

Beating a dead horse is a phrase that means continuing a futile action. Its a joke that illustrates my opinion...it is usless to argue with the isolationist right fringe.
On the other hand it is fun.
