The "perp" will be classified as a "Caucasian" by the U.S. Dept. of Justice because there is such a race as Hispanic.
The harm comes when some people almost desperately want a mass murderer like this to be an illegal so they can use him to flog their political purposes. That is true racism of a very ugly sort.
It seems that you need to take a look in a mirror since your using "an illegal" and "racism" in the same statement. Being an illegal alien has nothing to do with race. You seem to be jumping to the same conclusion as others because of the killers last name.
