Paragraphs are friends.
Paragraphs of 5-7 lines or so are better friends.
Cancer sticks are not friends.
We can all rationalize almost anything.
We'd be much better off to spend our time talking ourselves into the best heart-felt Obedience to
LOVING GOD WHOLLY,
OUR NEIGHBORS AS OURSELVES
AND DOING UNTO OTHERS . . .
than to spend our time in futile, deceptive arguments justifying a filthy, destructive, annoying, addictive coping defense to the stresses of life.
I never said cigarettes weren't a disgusting habit, only that God doesn't condemn people for smoking. There is no proof in the bible. You are voicing your opinion, not God's. Its disgusting to see a 400 pound person stuffing food in, too, and I'm sure its terribly unhealthy but God doesn't condemn it, only if it interferes with ones ability to serve God and is done with evil in ones heart. God looks at the individual heart, and its not what one puts in the mouth that condemns one. You can hate cigarettes all you want to but don't try to portray your personal pet peeves as Gods. Thats all I'm saying. Sorry about my poor writing skills. I am not terribly good at formats and stuff. God bless.
