He wasn't nuts at all. Regarding the MONEY we are making the same drunken-man-on-payday mistake we after 9/11. Throwing money willy-nilly at problems makes them worse. So much acrimony has developed about that billion dollar "death lottery" we made of 9/11.
The poor widow needs a comfort that money can hardly provide. Yet the greedy bastards and curs that easy money empoweres will come to have her at their mercies.
