Where was the rest of the worlds disaster relief when 4 hurricanes hit our country?

The rest of the world doesn't have to ask for Americas help. We offer it. It would have been nice to at least have had an offer. Maybe we didn't need it but it's called friendship and showing support. I don't even remember anyone even saying I'm sorry about your trouble, America. Maybe Tony Blair but he's one in a million.
