Show that some interpretation he offered about historical events was a lie, and not just a difference of opinion with you!
Please try to enumerate the "countless" others GOPcapitalist has lied about. Surely there are not numberless, pullulating throngs of posters to these ACW threads -- looking back over the last 300 posts or so, it's a pretty short list of stomachs strong enough to post in here. So the list can't be long, much less "countless". Post up, pal!
Watching him both in here and on the Texas state boards, I can certainly verify that GOPcapitalist is no shrinking violet -- do we want shrinking violets? -- when it comes to expressing his opinion on Civil War history or Texas Republican politics. His language can become rhetorical when describing the dirty politics at some recent Texas GOP conventions (unattributed charges distributed to delegates in the convention hall, that sort of thing, the kind of thing the Thurlow Weeds and Karl Roves of politics have always dealt in at arm's-length), but I haven't seen him post a witting lie yet, and that includes all of his posts in here.
So post away, Boston man, show your spleen -- but along the way, post up some real lies our man has told. I'm waiting.
"lied about countless others" to them is codeword for exposing the truth about #3fan's neo-nazism, Wlat's Michael Moore marxism, and all the other direputable characters they have associated with, to say nothing of the fabricated Hamdi, Prize Cases, Bollman etc "decisions" and faked battles in the west Texas desert. They'll never specify the "countless" charges because there aren't any. It's all bravado meant to deflect from the soiled reputations each of them carries with him, and when they do speak its all in lies about those same reputations.
It is easy to tell when GOPcrapitalist is lying - he's posting.
