i've (sadly) come to the conclusion that one/both of two things are true about damnyankees calling southrons SILLY terms like "neo-confederates".

either/or both may be true:

1. they are too stupid to know that there are NO such people (or at least i've never met even one!)

2. or they DO know the term is MEANINGLESS/DISHONEST & are just being their NATURAL hate-FILLED,ARROGANT, DIShonorable, self-righteous selves.

When you sign off every post with "Free Dixie," and repeatedly trumpet the fact that you would happily disavow your United States citizenship for citizenship in some future southern confederacy to be named later, I think that "neo-confederate" is a pretty dead-on term for you.
