I finished the leftover cake that Anoreth brought home from her friend's birthday party on Tuesday. And I have another cake from Sam's that I put in the freezer. We have FRiends coming over to barbecue on Saturday, and I'll thaw it then.

Der Prinz and I are going out to supper without James (Anoreth is in charge). A prayer that no disasters will occur in our brief absence would be appreciated.
Second, please spare a thought for our poor old Agnes, who has stopped eating, and seems likely to pass on in the next few days. She's drinking plenty of water, and doesn't seem to be in any pain. We hope she will fall asleep peacefully.
