I love the rain, but I'd like it to hold off for just a bit. We have the "Ride for the Troops" this morning, probably over 2000 bikes, and I've never ridden in rain.

If I feel uncomfortable I'll park mine and jump on my husbands. No sense crashing on live TV.

Well, the forecast says later. Riding in the rain is no big deal, really -- when I was cycle-commuting I did it all the time. It helps to have fenders, though, and the chain gets dirty much more quickly (unless you use wax-based lubricants, but those have to be applied more often) -- oh, and neoprene boots to protect the shoes.
