Pitot tubes on aircraft. Some can actually use the slip stream of an aircraft for vacuum pressure. Some of the gages like the older altimeters ran off the pitot static system.
If think Bob was trying to say that you had your own personal vacuum urinal right there at your seat. 14 beers is a considerable sum of liquid to ingest without periodic relief...
