Phaw... no contest. I'd prefer a well run race between close competitors.

Oh well, someone had to do it. ;-)

Awwww....I'm sorry....I always seem to shut things down when I get on here, so I was not quite sure if I should even try it.

But what the heck? I'm sorry Ana is having such a terrible time. I used to hold my breath when I was her age. My mother finally got tired of it and drew some cold water in the tub (we lived in Alaska) and threw me in, clothes and all. I never did it again.

Good luck on getting through this phase with her. It's not easy to handle kids...but I know your instincts will kick in, and things will turn out just fine, in spite of what you do!

And congrats on the 19000....I was reading my FReepmail...

Possibly. I'm here briefly while I quickly eat my lunch before going back to work. How are you doing?

Hiya!

'Face is in dire need of some "hair of the dog" this morning. (Afternoon?) A bloody Mary would hit the spot just fine, I think!

LOL!

And how are you? Is it spring in Michigan, yet? Eighty-one is forecast for here today. :o]

Howdy! Maybe I need some lunch, too. Liquid or solid would do the trick, I'm sure.

What did you bring for lunch? Anything good?

I was just thinking of making a beer run.

It is sort of Spring-like here.

I am shoveling out Caitlin's room while she is out of town...

Had to rent a bull-dozer and a construction sized dumpster, but I've made a dent...

Thanks for getting us past that "bump" in the road.

I've been trying to think of some advice for you regarding Ana. Best I can come up with is hug her frequently and take your vitamins.

Actually, I bought a tuna salad sandwich at subway. It was pretty good. I have cans of soup in my office, but I didn't feel like eating soup today.

*sigh* I have to go back to work. I'll stop by later.

Eh... turns out it wasn't a temper tantrum. Ear infection. We were going to take her in last night to the ER, but decided to wait until this morning and get an appointment.

Careful with Subways tuna. A friend of mine got a case of the trots from it once. ;-)

"Vitamins... Ick..."

Let me put it this way ... her legs are getting longer, and your breath is getting shorter.
