Ok, stop right there...You can not make healthcare a fed issue. It isn't the function of our Federal government. However there isn't anything to stop individual states from having thier own health care...Oh, wait a minute, they do! Medicade and Trigon/bluecross/blueshield.
Anyone can afford health care. There is no excuse for not haveing some form of help. Besides it is law that a hospital cannot turn anyone away seeking medical help!
