I'm so disgusted by mothers who act like friends. This mom is a child herself at 36. This is the same mom who pierces her daughter's ears at 2 mos., buys her the belly button piercing at 10 and takes her to the tanning bed twice a week at 12.

I'm the mom of two incredible teenage girls and cannot fathom this type of behavior. What ever happened to teaching your children to be of substance?

Shallow is as shallow does. Her main goal in life is to be on The Batchelor and take the limo ride....

This is 'body-part' and parcel of a culture that still discriminates against women--the angry Liberal Fems, the paparazzi, TV, supermarket publications, plastic surgeons and spineless user-males all are guilty of worshipping beauty over character and indeed P!MPING women's beauty/sexuality and craving to be desired for their own selfish ends.

This obsession is based on conditional love--rather than unconditional true love. At least here at FR some of the occasional babe-worship of Ann Coulter, Condi, etc. is in generally good taste and in the context of appreciation for a woman with character and while sexually attractive is standing for principles and modeling courage as well.
