Even if there is a cyclic universe that goes through a series of big-bangs, and big crunches, does in no way indicate that a god cannot exist. As a matter of fact, the idea of a cyclic universe, actually indicates that some intelligent being set the entire process into a certain "countdown," that would cause the restructuring of the universe several times.
