The fact of the matter is the property is private whether it be a home or a tree stand. (plus their was cabin on the property where these folks were staying.) It still comes to the same finality.
Private property was trepassed on. They hunter could not have know the intention of Vang whether he was waiting in the tree stand to do what he did or was simply trespassing. It is approched in the same manner.
