As an acerage owner in MI, I have asked numerous tresspassers to vacate our property...usually unarmed.
My husband says that I have more guts than brains..
But, I have NEVER gotten any guff from even groups of wandering hunters...
SO! You think that I should bother to call the law..
Let me explain that a game warden is scarcer than deer during the opening weekend.
You see, he is a GAME warden, not a HUNTER warden and unless there is a violation regarding GAME it's not really his pervue.
Local law-enforcement is extremely reluctant to come and deal with property issues.
Beleive me!
I once caught a bunch of timber pirates clearcutting my brother's property and because I couldn't remember exactly where the line posts were, he basically said that my brother would have to get a lawyer.
Like everyone else has tried to 'splain to you--calling the LEOs is an exercise in futility.
They only come if there's a body.

Thanks. I had a feeling that this guy was hunting humans.

His actions point to that and it would make sense that he has done it before.

can you people make sense?

Are you aware of statement analysis?

Post #86 would seem to contradict your 'apparent' membership in this 'group of people' here at FR.

You objectively outed yourself -your musings are but frosting on the cake...

Well, if Vang would have shot at a police officer he would NOT be alive right now...

Once again you don't know that.

The officer would have been armed with a pistol more then likely and would have been approaching from an inferior angle.

Easy pickings for a guy with a rifle.

Just don't do it in school or in front of the courthouse.

How do you know he wouldn't have just taken out a few police, as well?

LOL. That just struck me as funny for some reason.

Again, Vang didn't shoot from the deer stand, and poliece have backup... And they don't take kindly to people shooting their brothers.

But you don't know that he wouldn't have. And so what if they have back up. Maybe two police would have been there. Vang killed EIGHT because he had surprise on his side. He would have then too.

And so what if they don't take kindly to it? Is that another kind of magic shield that you believe in? Does the name Danial Falkner ring a bell?

What kind of gun did you use to hunt quail? What kind of weapon did you use in Korea?
