I am pretty sure that wouldn't count as discrimination (just rudeness). Are Freepers trying to expand the definition here? Private business can refuse service to anybody if not on the basis of race, sex or often age.

A lot of liberal cities have expanded the list of protected categories, and political affiliation is often one of them; I know it is in Seattle, and it might be in NYC.
